SMOOTHIE RECIPESI really think that smoothie recipes for kids are healthy and can be tasty too if you use the right ingredients and you go into making these with the mindset of providing your child only the highest quality food. I generally believe that using only organic produce in my smoothies is the only way to go, becuase this is the best way you can ensure that you are not putting nasty pesticides, chemical, and toxins into you childs diet, and certainly the body over the course of time. Organic produce also tends to taste a lot better in my experience, and in the experience of others, so that can be another factor in determining what you should put into your smoothie. I also reccomend that you only use the very best in filtered water, and not just use raw water out of the tap or from bottled water, as this can affect the healthfulness and taste of your smoothies.
